A well known face in and around Seaham, Dave has been involved with property since the age of sixteen and has a natural affinity with property – he holds an Honours Degree from the School of the Built Environment at Northumbria University, and has developed that further to become a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and an Associate of The Guild of Property Professionals.

His knowledge of the local property market is unsurpassed. However, it is Dave’s personality which sets him apart. He has a natural ease with people, is very approachable, as well as being highly knowledgeable. Dave oversees the operation in Seaham, ably assisted by his manager, Gail Yuill and his wonderful staff, Lauren Foster, Tracey Musson and Ashleigh Tindale.. Dave’s main claim to fame is that his is an accredited Agent on the panel of BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer, and can regularly be seen on this programme.

Jonny Roberts

Jonny started his estate agency career in 2007 as a very young man. Jonny is very highly qualified, not only is he a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, he is also a domestic energy assessor (DEA) and a commercial energy assessor (CEA). He qualified as a DEA in 2008 and at that time was one of the youngest in the country to have qualified. Jonathan has developed his estate agency career starting as a Sales Negotiator and then into property valuing before gaining promotion to Branch Manager. and then director.

Jonny is responsible for the Valuations and Listings for in the Houghton area, ably assisted by his office manager Tracy Walker and her wonderful team of office staff and viewing specialists!
